Pricing FAQ
Is skip tracing really free?
Yes. Every plan includes skip tracing at no per-lookup cost. Your monthly plan covers a set volume of traces, verified phone numbers and emails included. You only pay add-on rates if you go past your monthly volume.
How long is my data valid?
Every trace you pull stays in your account and valid for 3 months from the day you generate it, so you are not forced to use it all in the same month you bought it.
Will I be charged twice for duplicate records?
No. If you pull a list and some records were already traced on your account, we automatically detect the duplicates and will not charge you for them. You only pay for new contacts.
Do unused traces roll over?
Your traces remain usable for up to 3 months, so anything you do not use this month stays available within that window rather than resetting to zero each cycle.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current cycle; downgrades apply on your next billing cycle, and you keep your current plan features until then.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Month-to-month subscribers can cancel anytime and will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer partial refunds for the portion of a billing cycle you have already paid for. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for a 12-month commitment; if you cancel an annual plan early you repay the discount applied to the months you used. Do I get charged if a trace returns no contact info?
No. You are only charged for successful matches. If we cannot find contact data, it does not count against your traces.
What do I get with each trace?
Each successful trace returns verified phone numbers and email addresses for the property owner, sourced from nationwide records.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every PropContact account gets a unique referral code. Friends who sign up with your code get +20% credits on their first purchase, and you earn about 16.67% (1/6) of every dollar they spend with us for their first 6 months as dollars in your account.
Cash out a minimum of $20 to bank, PayPal, Venmo, or Wise, or apply your dollars to your own subscription, add-ons, upgrades, or renewals.
