How it works

Three steps, no monthly cap, no waiting period beyond the standard payment clearance window.

Step 1

Share your code

Every account gets a unique referral code on signup. Drop it in a YouTube description, a tweet, a BiggerPockets post, a Facebook group, or send it to a teammate. Your link looks like propcontact.net/?ref=YOURCODE.

Step 2

Earn dollars

When someone signs up with your code and pays for a plan, a renewal, an add-on, or an upgrade, we add 1/6 of the amount they paid to your dollar balance. Earnings continue for 6 months from their signup date.

Step 3

Cash out or spend

Withdraw to your bank, PayPal, Venmo, or Wise once your balance reaches $20. Or apply dollars at checkout to your own subscription, renewal, add-on, or upgrade. Stripe still charges at least 50 cents on every payment.

Worked example

We pay 1/6 of every dollar your referral spends with PropContact during their first 6 months. The math is straightforward and we do not hide it.

A single Growth annual referral

Growth annual is $139/month, billed as $1,668 upfront for 12 months.
1/6 of $1,668 = $278 added to your dollar balance for that one referral.
If they buy an add-on inside their first 6 months, you earn 1/6 of that too.

Numbers shown reflect plan list prices at the time of writing. Earnings are calculated on the amount the referee actually paid you (after any discounts they used). The 6-month window runs from signup, not from first purchase, so renewals that happen after the window do not earn.

What your referrals get

Sharing a code that only benefits you is a hard sell. Your referrals get a real upgrade on their first purchase, which makes the message land.

+20% credits on their first purchase. Buy Scale at 60,000 credits, get 72,000. Buy Growth at 30,000, get 36,000. Buy Starter at 10,000, get 12,000.
The bonus is in addition to any promotional credits running at signup.
Only the first paid purchase triggers the bonus, so no abuse vectors around partial buys.

On the payment confirmation modal, slide the amount of dollars you want to apply. Your Stripe charge drops by that much. Credits granted by the package do not change.

Stripe requires a minimum 50 cent charge on every transaction, so the maximum you can apply is the total minus 50 cents.

Works on subscriptions, renewals, add-on packs, one-time purchases, and upgrades.
You always still receive the full credit allotment of the package you bought.
If a payment fails after dollars are deducted, the dollars are automatically restored.

The fine print, said plainly

6-month window per referee

Earnings stop 6 months after the date the referee signed up. Refer more people and each one has their own 6-month window.

One referrer per referee

The first valid code applied at signup wins. We do not split commissions across multiple referrers.

$20 minimum cashout

Processing time is 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Bank, PayPal, Venmo, and Wise are supported.

No self-referrals, no fake accounts

We reverse dollar credits tied to fraudulent referrals and refuse pending cashouts in those cases.
